Introduction
Canadian REALTORS® continue to bring innovative new technologies to consumers enabling better service, easier access and greater value to real estate listings.
This commitment to new technology is demonstrated in the new REALTOR.ca (the former mls.ca) providing consumers with access to many new features including interactive mapping.
The new home page provides four different ways to locate properties. Property Search, Interactive Map Search, Advanced Search, and MLS®# Search.
Additional new features include:
REALTOR® Search allows consumers to locate an individual REALTOR® or real estate office by area. Type in a REALTOR®'s name or the relevant neighbourhood for assistance in finding professional real estate help in your area.
The Buyers Info and Sellers Info sections contain basic advice for people entering the real estate market – helpful tips, important questions to ask and things to keep in mind.
The News page offers updates on events and issues affecting the Canadian real estate industry.
Commercial Properties directs you to the ICX.ca website, where listings for commercial, industrial and multi-family residential properties are listed.
International Properties links to WorldProperties.com for those interested in global real estate opportunities.
REALTORS Care® links to the national foundation that showcases how Canadian REALTORS® are helping their communities. The REALTORS Care® Foundation supports charitable initiatives by Canadian REALTORS® across the country.
How REALTORS® Help is a website that provides important information for homebuyers and sellers.
